Eine Mitarbeiterzeitung ist wichtiges Werkzeug im Employer Branding. Sie verbessert die interne Kommunikation und gilt als die Königin der Unternehmenskommunikation. Doch um diesem Titel wirklich gerecht zu werden, muss die Mitarbeiterzeitung vor allem ein Kriterien erfüllen: eine Konzeption, die inhaltliche, organisatorische und grafische Vorgaben festlegt.
Das grafische Layout muss beim Mitarbeiter Authentizität und Akzeptanz vermitteln. Denn schließlich schaffen es Bilder erwiesenermaßen am besten, das Interesse des Lesers zu wecken.
